Patagonia Premium was born with the objective of sharing with those who enjoy open-air life a wide range of foodstuffs characterized by its good taste, healthy elaboration, and a touch of originality which make these products to be one of a kind.

Patagonia is not only a simple word or a southern region of our dear Argentina, it is also an extraordinary experience for the senses.

In order to carry out the idea of what Patagonia Premium should be, it was necessary to form a working party able to grasp its spirit.

That is why we introduce ourselves with the intention of sharing with you not only life experiences and ways of life, but also letting you know our family recipes and thus making you a part our history.

Even though Patagonia Premium is a commercial project with high levels of demands regarding the raw materials and the quality of its products, it is our intention to maintain its home-made nature and to keep them in the course of time as “ OUR FOLKS´ RECIPIES ”

When we first began the elaboration of these products, we also started the elaboration of the same products but with no salt added for the people who due to health problems couldn´t eat salty food.

Our products are available in the market for you to enjoy and savour them in their different varieties. The first product to be lounched will be Pheasant in its ten different varieties:

• Patagonian Pheasant in a marinade
• Smoked Pheasant
• Traditional Pheasant in a marinade wit no salt added
• Pheasant with Fine Herbs with no salt added
• Classic Pheasant Terrine
• Smoked Pheasant Terrine
• Pheasant and Mushrooms Terrine
• Pepper Pheasant Terrine

The different varieties, that at a first instance are made out of Pheasant, wiil be launched into the market also made out of Deer, Wild Boar, Vizcacha, Rabbit, Turkey, Duck, Llama, Rhea, and Lumb. All these products will be found at the main delis of the country.

Our main goal is to work in the development and improvement of our products in order to offer our customers the best flavours and quality. Moreover, they will be considered not only healthy, for the contribution of Omega 3, but also tasty. They will also be suitable for people with coeliac disease.
