CLASSIC LLAMA TERRINE
Exquisite dish of soft texture in which the fibre of the llama´s meat can be appreciated. This kind of meat is characteriz by its higher levels of protein in comparison with cattle and sheep´s meat, and its lower levels of fat and cholesterol in comparison with lumb and beef´s meat. Although similar in appearence, beef and llama´s meat have some differences since the latter has a distinctive taste and flavor. This product is ideal to be spreaded on toasts or slices of home-made bread and to be served as a starter. Its exact combination of meat, spices, salt and pepper makes this dish a real pleasure for the palate. Usually served with a strong full bodied red wine.
